Processor & RAM and Storage – IRA MID M801 runs on Android ICS operating system – cortex A8 processor powered by 1.2GHz and 1GB RAM and this is a very smart combination which makes multitasking simpler and multi-threaded application smoother. Thanks to the 1GB RAM which provides enough impermanent memory for running several application resources. The graphic processor is GC800 and built-in storage of 8GB with expandable capacity of 32GB with the micro-SD slot.
