Apple is known for launching the iconic product one after another. The process got halted for some time after the sad demise of Steve Jobs. However, Tim Cook has now started the process of innovation and taking Apple to a new dimension. After launching the much anticipated iPhone 6 and the Apple Watch, the maker is planning to make the new version of Apple iPhone, iPhone 7. If rumors are to be believed then, iPhone 7 is already a running project and Apple is waiting for some final technical improvising.
Release Date Rumors
There are many rumors revolving around the iPhone 7 launch. There were news that Apple may announce the product in June, but the reports are floating that the Apple may float Apple iPhone 7 in the end of this year or may be even in the next year. There has been no confirming news, but the most convincing is the release of September 2016.
Variants
If the reports are to be believed then the new Apple iPhone 7 may come in three variants. However, the reports are different on the names but the majority of the reports have suggested three variants. The first variant should be a 4.7 inch screen iPhone with a slimmer body. The next variant could be 5.5 inch variant and the third one could be a 4 inch iPhone. However, the third one might be launched once the first two have completed their peak business. The names are divided in the industry. Few have indicated that the phones may be called as iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus and the 4 inch version as iPhone 6S Mini. The others have suggested the denotation as iPhone 7 instead of iPhone 6S. No confirm news has been delivered. The launch of the 4 inch product may be due to the reason of recent not so good business of big screen iPhone handsets. Tim Cook may want to extend the customer base and a small screen iPhone 7 could be ideal for that purpose.
Designs
The design of the new iPhone will be more or less same to the recently launched iPhone 6. However, the iPhone 7 is certain to be thinner. Even though there are rumors for the curved screen, but there is almost no chance of a curved screen with iPhone. However, a USB C port like MacBook can be expected in the latest iPhone 7 with all other minor design beautification process.
Specifications
There are plenty of specifications doing around the news. The increased screen resolution is one of them. On the other hand, the 16 GB storage should be the lowest in case of iPhone 7. However, Apple is almost certain to work on the camera and higher resolution camera is almost certain in iPhone 7. Even DSLR like features can be added to the camera to make it even more relevant. iPhone 7 will come with ios 10.
The specifications are yet not sure and it will be interesting to know that how and when Apple comes up with more details about the upcoming iPhone 7 project.
